Take a tour of campus

Campus bustles with greenery in the summer. Take a casual stroll across campus to admire the landscaping and public art found at nearly every corner. For a self-guided option, check out the Chris Turletes Memorial Tree Tour, showcasing мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±'s unique urban forest. Additionally, мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±'s Office of Admissions hosts campus tours most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the summer, and new students can join a tour with New Student Orientation pending availability.

Lounge on the Quad

Cuddy Quad makes the perfect summer lawn. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and set up a spot to study, picnic, play ball or simply enjoy the sun. Mark your calendar for the fourth Tuesday of every month for Concerts in the Quad, when live music and food trucks take over the space for a lunchtime social.

Explore the area around campus

Get out on the water

Students, faculty and staff can rent kayaks, canoes or stand-up paddleboards from the Student Union Gear Room by the day, weekend or week. The options make it easy to enjoy the water for an afternoon or plan a longer excursion. Whether you're in a boat or on the shore, the nearby lakes and creeks are prime . Watch for wildlife
