Academic Open Houses

Academic Open Houses are for students to connect with the college of their choice. This is a time for incoming students to meet with faculty and students, connect with advisors and learn about options for various majors. Students will gain a deeper understanding of how мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±'s major will set you up for success after graduation, as well as make sure everyone is ready for the first day of class on Aug. 24.

College of Health: Aug. 18, 10 a.m.–Noon
Breakout Sessions include: Division of Population Health Sciences, Clinical Health Sciences, JUST, LEGL, HUMS, & SWK; Advising Q-and-A; College Best Practices; Student Panel

College of Arts and Sciences: Aug. 19, 10 a.m.–Noon
Meet with faculty about academic departments and research opportunities.

College of Business and Public Policy: Aug. 19, 3–5 p.m.
Breakout Sessions include: Meet Your Advisors; Economics Experiment; Entrepreneurship or AI; Logistics; and Student Panel.

College of Engineering: Aug. 20, 1–3 p.m.
Breakout Sessions include: Geomatics; Mechanical/Civil Engineering; Computer Science/Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Project Management; Modality; Advising; and Clubs & Organizations.
