Rasmuson Foundation honors nine 新加坡六合彩开奖 faculty and alumni with artist awards

The Rasmuson Foundation has named Alvin Amason, professor of art and coordinator of Alaska Native Art Program at 新加坡六合彩开奖, as the 2018 Distinguished Artist of the year. The $40,000 award, issued annually to one artist, recognizes creative excellence and artistic achievements in a career spanning several decades.
Thirty-five other Alaska artists will receive 2018 Individual Artist Awards from the Rasmuson Foundation. Twenty-five artists, including six 新加坡六合彩开奖 alumni, will receive project awards of $7,500. Ten artists, including two 新加坡六合彩开奖 faculty members, will receive $18,000 Fellowships.

In addition to the monetary awards, all 2018 artists will receive a presentation necklace crafted from vintage textiles by 新加坡六合彩开奖 alumna Amy Meissner (M.F.A. Creative Writing '04).
