GRIT (Great Runners In Training) is a 10-week program offering a supportive group atmosphere to promote physical and mental well-being for all fitness levels. Get focused on gaining positivity and optimism, reducing stress and building your self-efficacy. Get off the couch and join in on the road to 5K!

Participation requires and a physical at SHCC. Please complete and submit both to SHCC by Friday, Jan. 23, to join the session starting Monday, Jan. 26.
