Fran Ulmer, chair of the and former 新加坡六合彩开奖 chancellor, invited Gunnar Knapp, interim director of 新加坡六合彩开奖's , to give federal government officials some background information on Alaska's economy at a roundtable discussion of the new National Strategy for the Arctic Region in June.
"The paradox of Alaska-a wealthy state with also some of the poorest areas in America combined-both of these parts of Alaska, the modern and the rural and poor, are very much affected by what happens in the Arctic and very much affected by U.S. Arctic policy," Knapp says.
