all of the property management and real estate courses, the center includes:

Each year, students declared in the property management and real estate concentration
are eligible for over $50,000 in academic and travel awards to attend national conferences.
This offers opportunities to network with members across the country, learn about
the variety of career opportunities and see how real estate management operates in
different markets. Industry organizations also offer scholarship opportunities for
essay competitions.

- Earn industry licenses and certifications that allow you to competitively enter the job market and fast-track your career. The Real Estate Principles course meets all pre-licensing requirements for the state of Alaska 鈥� saving you money and time getting your license. Other courses count toward continuing education requirements if you already have your license. You can also save money and fast-track your career by testing for and earning industry designations before you graduate.
- Get hands-on experience and apply classroom lessons through internships. Earn 1-6 credits toward your degree through paid internships that routinely lead to employment offers. Several students have been able to convert their internships into employment opportunities during school and have careers lined up before graduation.
