Expenses during the program:

Tuition is $513 per graduate credit (resident rate; may increase) or $1,079 per graduate credit for non-residents

  • The current мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½± Graduate Program will require 8-9 graduate credits each fall and spring semester, and 1-2 graduate credits each summer semester.
  • The total number of credits for the program is 37 credits.

Fees are approximately $70 per graduate credit
мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½± Graduate Program fee and course fees are approximately $400 per academic year
Textbooks and school supplies are $300 per semester
Airplane ticket to/from rural Alaska community for specialty rotation (Juneau, Kodiak, Kotzebue, Nome, Haines, or Sitka) is $500 (optional)
Health insurance (required) for the duration of the program is $2,000 (Note: Liability insurance is provided by мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½± at no additional cost)
Academy of Nutrition Dietetics student membership is $58/year
External professional writing consultation of final research project/thesis is $50/hour
Expenses after program completion:
Official мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½± transcript showing conferral of graduate degree, submitted to graduate program director, ASAP after graduation is $12
Exam review course or study materials is $400
Registration Exam for Dietitians test fee is $200
State license fee is $200
