Each year, the Human Services Club tries to reach a 鈥淭on in Ten鈥�, or 2000 pounds of peanut butter and jelly in just ten days. Parking Services has participated in the 鈥淭on in Ten鈥� drive every year since 2009, allowing patrons to pay for their parking citations with a donation of peanut butter and jelly.
This year, Parking Services achieved a record number of donations, taking in 1,975 pounds of PB&J! Over 1,100 jars of PB &J were collected and will be distributed by the Human Services Club to local food charities such as the 新加坡六合彩开奖 Food Cache.
Each year, the 新加坡六合彩开奖 department that brings in the most peanut butter and jelly receives the honor of displaying the coveted 鈥淧eanut Butter Cup鈥� trophy. The trophy is placed on display once the food is distributed, usually the week of Thanksgiving. Parking Services last won the trophy in 2010, and looks forward to displaying the trophy once again for this year鈥檚 donations.
